Now we are conducting the beta tests for the services from Seoul to other regions, from other regions to Seoul, within Seoul, and within Jeonju. You can order from your current location, and it will be delivered to your designated region and place within 2 hours or up to 6 hours.

For order requests, you can select the place and name of sender, the place and name of recipient and what to send, and enter the time zone you want. Usually, the baggage is delivered within 2 to 6 hours, so you may check if it arrives later or earlier than you want, when ordering. Upon your order request, we will pick up your baggage by our own vehicle or subcontractor’s within 1 hour, and let you know the information of the company that will carry your baggage along with the pickup time through Kakao Talk message within 15 minutes after the order is completed. Only one item per order can be delivered, and the items that can be delivered include luggage, golf bags, suitcases, and any other items not exceeding the weight standard of 5~10kg per unit. After picking up your baggage, we will display the current location information of your baggage on our application screen, and you can also check the estimated time of arrival. Finally when the baggage you ordered arrives at the designated location, we will notify you through Kakao Talk message and you can check the arrival of the baggage by a photo through our application. You may especially experience our convenient delivery service such as confirming delivery by photos instead of doing in person, through cooperation with the recipient in advance. For example, if you ask the hotel you have booked at the travel destination to keep your baggage for a while before check-in, you can enjoy your trip at the destination without check-in and enter the hotel at the time you want through our service. In particular, suppose you have time left until departure time of train or express bus after check-out. If you request our service to keep your baggage at the bus terminal or train station lockers instead of carrying heavy baggage for yourselves, we will pick up your baggage directly from the hotel and keep it in the lockers. You will be able to use the spare time to enjoy an extra travel schedule.

As such, if you follow the 1 order, 1 item rule through our application, you can have other peoples baggage, not your own, delivered to other people or places. We provide a service experience payback to everyone who uses our service, and especially for those who deliver simple items compared to the weight of the deliverable baggage, we plan to compensate for the same price for the services through sufficient payback. In addition, we will provide a high level of payback for members who sincerely respond to our surveys for service improvement and marketing data after delivery is completed..

The delivery services we offer are basically provided through subcontractors, and multiple subcontractors are selected by section to provide delivery services at the least amount of time and cost. Accordingly, the delivery company may be different for each section, and there exist risks including damage or contamination of delivered baggage for each subcontractor. Therefore, considering there are a number of delivery companies that are handling your valuable baggage, please refrain from shipping any items that can be easily damaged or contaminated.
